JAMES SOUDER
As founder of the Souder Group, James Souder brings over a decade of experience to assist clients in meeting their high-impact strategic objectives. During his career, James has brokered multi-million dollar projects, influenced groundbreaking policy initiatives, and built long-lasting alliances in government and community spaces. His successes include accomplishments in resource management, departmental planning and budgeting, veterans’ affairs, and community advocacy and outreach programming. James is a father, and served the United States as a Captain in the U.S. Army. He is a native of New Jersey, and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
